Our Journey

Long before the banana leaf was laid out, spices have been shaping stories and culture for over 5000 years. Originating in the ancient lands of South Asia, spices like turmeric, black, pepper, cardamom, and cumin were prized not only for their vibrant flavours but for their healing properties. These spices travelled along ancient trade routes, weaving a tapestry of culture, commerce, and culinary innovation.

Every turmeric- stained leaf, every scoop of sambar and rasam, and every hand-washed 
            meal is a quiet act of commemorating where we came from while adapting to where we are. It’s paying homage on a plate.
